Returns Policy

Thank you for your order! Diva offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all Sale and Regular priced merchandise for US  purchases.*    Returns are refunded within 30 days.   

Sell Through
We update our online boutique inventory throughout the day. Although we strive to keep an active and up-to-date inventory, it is possible that an item may sell out prior to our last inventory update. In this case, we will immediately notify you.

Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive via e-mail, confirmation of your order. You may then track your order through the Fedex or USPS website.

Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, a confirmation will be e-mailed to the e-mail address which was provided to us. In some cases, you may have to add ShopAtDiva.com to your Allowed Senders list otherwise your security software may view it as spam and fail to deliver it to you.

Order Fulfillment
On weekdays, orders will be filled within 24 hours unless the item is being shipped from our warehouse in which event the delivery will be 5-8 business days (which will be reflected in the item record). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the order will be shipped the next business day, unless otherwise specified. (Exclusive of Special orders, Warehouse orders, Backorders and Pre-orders.) Express mail services are available if desired.  Please contact us in advance to confirm style availablity for Express orders any order "hand-carried" to the airport for overnight delivery is a FINAL SALE.

Redeeming Gift Certificates
To redeem Gift Certificates, please contact customer service for assistance. Please have your Gift Certificate No. readily available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to shipment of merchandise will result in no charge to your credit card account. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, however, once an order is shipped the terms fall under our standard return policy.

Payment Options
Diva accepts, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

Sales Tax of 8.5% will be applied to packages shipped to recipients in Washington State.

For your protection, and to comply with local laws, we do not accept opened panty orders for return. Please see all sizing charts to ensure the correct size has been chosen for purchase.

Return and Exchange policy: 

*30-Day Money Back Guarantee All "Sale" and "Regular Priced" merchandise shipped within the contiguous US is exchangeable or returnable for a full refund or store credit, minus Shipping Charges within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn, all tags must be attached and no altered garments are returnable. All Clearance Items (they are clearly marked as Final Sales on-line), Special Orders and International Purchases are "FINAL SALES." We do not have "re-stocking" charges or "hidden fees." Please help us keep our liberal return policy in place by not attempting to return worn merchandise. Thank you for your support!

"Refused" packages will be returned to reciepient (at their expense) and considered a "Final Sale."  Diva Boutique is not responsible for any International "Taxes" or "Duties Fees" charged by your local Customs Office.  We niether dictate nor charge said fees, any such fees are not refundable by Diva.  If you have questions about duties fees, contact your local postmaster.

*Some items are not returnable: Items "hand-carried" to the airport for overnight delivery, Special or Custom Orders, anything worn or altered, hosiery, fragrance and panties (if the sealed package is opened) are not returnable. All returns must include original packaging (including jewelry and any gift with purchase premium) for exchange or refund. All Clearance items are FINAL SALES. Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise purchases only no cash refunds will be given.
