How do I redeem a gift certificate? 

To redeem a gift certificate, call customer service at: (360) 647-8454.  Gina or Suzi will help you "check out" your order.

How do I place an order?

Just pick the styles you're interested in and add them to your shopping cart.  Be sure to choose the color, size and quantity desired.  Add the item(s) to your "Bag" and proceed to click on "Shopping Bag" to check out and complete your purchase.  Be sure to enter any "Discount Code you may have.  You will then be prompted for your "New Customer" or "Return Customer" information.  Then just follow the prompts as directed.  If you need any assistance, do not hesitate to contact us!  Either by telephone or e-mail, whichever is more convenient for you. 

Can I place an order for goods not displayed on the web pages?  

Yes!  We have MANY items in stock!  If you're looking for something specific by our designers and do not see it listed (or your size is sold out), we can check our in-store stock and/or place a "special order" for you. 

Are “special orders” available?

Yes!  Just contact us and let us know what you're looking for!  We'll try our best to find it for you!  We are professional stylists, we can make recommendations for you, too.  According to your size, body type and preferences and budget.  One item or an entire wardrobe, it's easy!

Can I send a gift boxed item?

We will send anything "gift boxed" with a luxurious bow at no extra charge.  Just let us know!

Is it secure to enter my credit card number to pay for my order?

It is secure to enter your credit card number.  Our web-site is haker-safe; we do not share any personal information with any other entities.

Where do I enter a promotion code?  

You will be prompted at checkout to enter any current promotion code.

What is a pre-order?

If you place a "pre-order" you are purchasing that item before it is in stock and will receive it immediately when it reaches the store.  You are "reserving" that item with a credit card number. 

Sale Adjustment – Sale reductions on an item purchased are refundable up to two weeks after full retail price purchase.
